You have to be determined to quit cigarettes! First of all, choose a date to give up your habit. If you need help, visit your doctor and/or get support from friends and family. Take sugar-free gum and low-calorie snacks instead of cigarettes. One can also find a local support group. The most important thing is to stay committed — you can kick cigarettes out and add years to your life!
